C-Job is a web-based document management software system that allows contractors to create, manage, track, and share project documentation more efficiently, and communicate and collaborate with industry partners more effectively. Since ConstructJob is web-based, your project information is accessible from any location with an Internet connection.

For example, let's say you need to send an RFI to the engineer. If it would normally take you 30 minutes to type the RFI, print it, fax it, file it and then log it into to your RFI Log, C-Job will reduce the time spent to about 5 minutes. This is because as you type the RFI and save it, it is automatically filed, logged and e-mailed in one step. You can still print out a hard copy of the RFI for your records if you choose. You can also upload documents such as drawings, into the RFI and these will be sent as attachments in your email and they will be stored with the RFI for future reference.
