Create custom project specific assemblies on-the-fly. Dynamic takeoffs automatically calculate required quantities for each component in an assembly based on the length or count you specify.

Multi-level Breakdowns

Accubid estimating programs apply takeoff breakdowns in a multi-dimensional format, allowing you to view subtotals across breakdowns and in any order. You have complete flexibility and control, and can re-sort the extension and break down the bid by any combination of breakdowns you choose.

Accubid's Live Extension instantly calculates each takeoff as it occurs. With a single click, you can jump from the audit trail to the extended bill of materials. From the Live Extension, you can sort the bill of materials by system, area, drawing, phase, location, labor factor, sort codes, unit price, and/or item in any order to perform reasonable checks. You can make last minute changes to quantity, material, and labor, and your changes are immediately reflected in the final price.

Accubid's Instant Bid Summary allows you to compare components of the estimate using labor-to-material ratios, costs per foot per system or per floor. With Accubid Pro or BidWinner Plus, you can create multiple bid summaries, each with a different combination of takeoff breakdowns.

Project Management

Accubid estimating programs feature sophisticated project management tools. You can break down the entire bid by logical and physical aspects such as floor, system, area, cost code, or drawing, and export this information to other applications including Excel, MS Project, and ConstructJob, Accubid's web-based project management system for contractors. Project managers can quickly create a preliminary construction schedule or even e-mail material lists to suppliers. Accubid Pro's Bid Breakdown feature automatically distributes the general expenses, overhead, and profit across the various takeoff breakdowns, allowing you to easily create an initial schedule of values for billing purposes.

Multi-User Support

Our estimating solutions are part of your team. Each Accubid estimating program supports multiple estimators and enables job and database sharing. With Accubid Pro, you can share takeoffs across a network, split a project into multiple jobs, and merge the takeoffs into a master job.

Accubid continues to lead the way with Version 10 of our family of estimating software solutions—Accubid Pro, BidWinner Plus, BidWinner, and PowerBid. Version 10 includes a number of exciting new features and enhancements to increase your accuracy and productivity.

• Support for LiveCount™, Accubid's new on-screen takeoff tool, for contractors with access to PDF, TIFF, or JPG drawing formats rather than native CAD files
• Customize the labels used to identify labor columns, sort code columns, and labor factoring groups
• Launch cadLiveTM and/or LiveCountTM, Accubid's new paperless takeoff software, from Estimating or ChangeOrder using toolbar icon
