Accubid Product Support and Service

What makes Accubid's product support department the best in the business?

Accubid has over a dozen employees whose sole purpose is to fix your technical problem, train you or answer your industry question.
Accubid guarantees that all technical support requests made during our standard hours of operation not answered instantly are returned within 45-minutes or less.
On average, support incidents are resolved in less than 20 minutes.
Accubid support is available from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST (5:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST), Monday to Friday. We are only closed three business days a year (Labor Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).
